Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

2. Our Delivery Partners

To ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently, we partner with trusted carriers including Royal Mail and Evri.

The carrier is automatically selected at the time of dispatch based on the size of your order and your location to ensure the most reliable service.

3. Tracking Your Order

Regardless of the carrier used, your order will be fully tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we focus primarily on serving our UK customers. International shipping is not available at this time.
